A belated HNY! This is sooooooo late maan...hehehe... It's already half the month, baru nak wish? hehehe.... Sorryla...lately sangatla malas untuk update. I wanted to upload Langkawi pictures, but the process just seem sooo long I just got tired of waiting. Plus with this big baloon tummy I'm carrying, I can't afford to stay in one sitting position for a long time. *sigh*
Today is MC day. Well, actually more to a rest day. Got a very bad headache eversince last night. Currently am experiencing headaches at least once a fortnight. Maybe sebab kurang tidur kot...Kumpul sikit2 tiredness tuh...lama2 jadi bukit. Same symptom last month. *another sigh*
Semalam sempat chat dgn Yanna...The becoming-twin-mom..hehe...same2 share excitement! Its a different feeling. Pelik pon ade. huhuhu...sbb masing2 pon 1st timer... My only resource to pregnancy except my mom is my sis, Emi who is in Ireland now in her final medicine year. (for reliable medical source only laa...)
Emi kalau I tanya, "Air kelapa elok tak untuk pregnant mommy?" Dia sure akan jawab, "There's no coconut in Ireland, so they don't teach us that" keskeskes...gelakkan sahaja...Mom usually gives better answer since she studies both modern and traditional medicine.
Kalau I go back to Klang, (read: Abg's family) its always the traditional way. Don't get me wrong, they are so concern...well, sometimes too concerned about my health and baby's progress. Everytime I get heartburns (read:nak sedawa keluar angin jer....) they gave me advices about going to the tukang urut.
"Angin xlepas la tuh" When actually angin tuh memang la nak keluar...Cume agak tergopoh gapah sikit nak keluar...tuh yg nampak macam seksa sikit. My heart burns lately is not that bad. I do my part of the research too you know. Like, observation on my habits and eating on how it relates to the heart burns. Kentut pon xbusuk sgt dah...hehehe... (Abg sure bersyukur giller)
Other than that, Abg sekarang tgh hamaru dgn DARTS. Lepas nih nak kena temankan dia beli darts. Actually dah beli satu kat Jusco, but then, kurang berkualiti sikit. Maybe sebab for amatures kott.. *ceh...perasan pro la tuh*
Eh, actually nak tulis pasal azam tahun baru...tapi intro panjang sgt sampai melalut mende lain...isk isk isk...Later ajela tulis...

air kelapa elok utk time2 pregnancy nak bersalin ni...
mcm selalu kita tgk, kulit bby yg baru lps bersalin akan ada mcm menggelupaskan..
tapi, masa time aku nk bersalin dulu, hari2 minum air kelapa.
Alhamdulillah, kulit bby aku xde laa menggelupas..kaler kulit pun cerah...:)
so, minum laa ...good for ur baby tu :)
oh ya...seeloknya, minum yg dari dlm buah kelapa tu (yg org jual sekali dgn kulit kelapa tu)..bknnya yg beli dkt pasar malam RM1 dlm cup plastik tu...
