Hampeh... Digi Center @Digital One Subang Parade


Baru semalam cerita dengan penuh semangat tentang nak beli iPhone. So, petang tuh straight to Digital One, Subang Parade since that is the nearest branch and tutup pukul 9 mlm.

Ok. Masuk2 kedai dah la macam xnak layan. Langsung xcustomer friendly! Hello! Nak kata ko puasa tak jugak! Penat ke? Duduk memanjang dalam air-cond 1 hari pon boleh penat ke?? Geram pulak aku.

Aku cakaplah aku nak daftar DIGI... Nak tukar iPhone... Dia kata "TADAK STOK LAA" <- Well, you could guess what kind of person says this slang. No, I'm not racist. I like 1Malaysia... I have lots of multi-racial friends. But my multi-racial friends are FAAAARRRRR MOOOREEE BETTER than this No-Good-Customer-Service Guy. Apa? Kalau aku xboleh speak Chinese, I cannot be your customer? Caittt...

Dahla aku jenuh la cakap aku nak "0% easy Payment Plan", tp? Dia sebokkkkkk la nak suruh aku gune CC. Wey, tak paham bahasa ker? BM ko F9 ke dulu masa SPM?? Last2 aku give up sebab dia xdapat menjual iPhone kepada aku... Instead, dia jual TAIK kat aku.

I mean, is it that hard to be customer friendly? Lighten your voice, if not propose an option. Can't you see that I'm eager to be a DIGI customer?? Kalau Digi Chairman knows how you treat your Customer like this, memang mamposla ko kena pecat.

I know he did say "Stock masuk Hari Isnin", but don't la say something like, "I tak boleh janji sama you" -> Please say something convincing like;

"I tak boleh janji sama you.. Tapi, if you give me you number, I will call you when the stock arrives"

Kalau mamat tuh cakap macam nih... Boleh la aku promote Digi Center @Digital One Subang Parade tuh. Ini tak! Dahla not convincing... Harsh! And Sounded Rude!

I have experienced people who are not good in speaking soft words... But they did not let the Harsh Words hurt the Customer! They speak roughly but with Good Intention!

Ini tak... Dah la Suara pon harsh... Ayat tak convincing... Takde effort nak menjual barang langsung. Yes, You Suck in Being a Salesman! -> You may not suck with others of your race (well, maybe dia cakap baik dalam Chinese? Who knows? I don't know how to speak Chinese) But you have just lost the Malay Sales man! And you suck big time.

So, kalau korang nak pergi ke Digital Mall, Subang Parade.... Beware of the DIGI Service Center Salesman there. Speak to the small guy.. Not the big one, who's always behind the Cash Register.

Ijou! Puas aku lepas geram! Sabtu ni aku nak menapak ke kedai Digi yang lain! Huh!

Hye..saya dgr awak nak tuka kerja. Contract dah abes ker? Anyway, saya akan pindah kerja ke PJ ujung bulan nih, dan tmpt saya akan kosong. Lokasi cyberjaya, workload..tak stress langsung, gerenti punyer. kerja pon dr 8am-4pm. 1 year contract..renewable. Basic salary: rm 4500. Best place to change u punya tangga salary lah. After setahun,either nak stay atau nak apply lain pon okay. Kalau nak stay, bagus sebab kampeni newly setup kat Masia, so chance nak jadi senior tuh besar, kalau apply lain pon okay, boleh start from rm4500 nanti. Berminat??

if you're not a racist, why you keep pointing finger on the particular race? Obviously that salesman got attitude problem! Why you said '(well, maybe dia cakap baik dalam Chinese? Who knows? I don't know how to speak Chinese)'??? so you think that if you're a chinese customer, you shall deserve better service from him?? what makes you conclude that?? Are you a RACIST? My friend, the fact is tak kisah cina, melayu, india, kami kena bayar jua! Lu ingat cina salesman bagi free service kepada cina customer ka or semua cina salesman layan baik-baik saje jikalo customer tu cina?? so many mat rempit are malay then do we have to conclude that ALL MALAY ARE MALAY? Use your brain pls!
