Salmon lunch


Ini adalah lauk masa dlm pantang bersalin yuni. Resepi mama dulu. Tp masa pantang, Maid yg masak. Peeewwiittt!
Since there was 2 slices of salmon in the freezeer. I cooked this meal the easiest way. (memang easy pon)

1. Slice ALL onions, garlic, ginger, chilli.
2. Also slice 2 calery sticks to pieces.
3. Slice 2 tomatoes into 8 pieces.
4. Slice also mushrooms. Doesn't matter what type, I used the long white one.
5. Hot pan with olive oil. Put in the salmons. Arrange nicely side by side.
6. Put in ALL the other ingredients best evenly all over the frying pan.
7. Put in 3-4 tablespoons of oyster sauce. No oyster sauce, guna sos ikan kukus pon boleh.
8. Put in 1 cup of water.
9. Close the lid. Put on slow fire for about 20-25 minutes.

Done! Oh, I maybe a pemalas to cook. But once I cook mmg sedap. 天才!!
